DIRECT TO GARMET CLOTHING CARE

To ensure your item/s stay in the best condition, please read the following guidelines:

• Washing: Turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softener and bleach.
• Drying: Hang drying is best, but you can also tumble dry on low heat.
• Ironing: Use a cool iron inside out and avoid ironing directly on the print. If you do iron, you can use an iron with a steaming option to help the print stay put.
• Other Care: Avoid rubbing the printed surface against vinyl or artificial leather, as the colors may transfer. Also, avoid exposing the garment to direct sunlight, as this can cause the print to fade.

SHIPPING/TIMING

• 2-3 week turnaround. This turnaround time is because I am using a local small business to do the high quality DTG printing and items are made to order. 
• First Class Package: Calculated rates at checkout based on weight and shipping address. This option HAS TRACKING. 
• IF YOU ORDERED A READY TO SHIP ITEM- your items will ship in ONE PACKAGE when your preorder item is complete. If you would prefer them to ship separately please reach out via email with your order number and details. Additional shipping charges may apply. 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
- All of our clothing items are custom and printed just for you! Due to custom nature of items we do not accept returns or exchanges
- If there are any issues with your clothing items, please send us a message with the details and we will do our best to correct any issues
